Founded by television anchors and professional event master of ceremonies, YTY Studio provides structured public-speaking programs in Hong Kong, Mainland and Taiwan for diverse settings ranging from government entities to corporate companies. Our clients include HKTDC, HK Towngas, AIA Insurance and more. To promote the important of public speaking, we also co-organized speaking contest with Sun-City group.
YTY Studio is not only the initials of the founders, but it also means Youth teaching Youth. Speaking is an important aspect in life. Each company is unique and special in their own way, and one’s need is often different from the others. Therefore, we tailor-made speaking-related training for conglomerates, corporations and even SMEs based on the goals they hope to achieve and that usually involves the improvement of charisma, presentation skills, sales and communication, and dealing with complaints.
Hosting-experience-sharing and training are often organized for primary and secondary schools and universities, in where they can know more about television and event industry and expand their career choices.
Regularly, we organize training courses for students, job-seekers, employees and even executives who are interested in being a master of ceremonies and improving their presentation and communication skills. At clsss, instructors will teach theories and allow practices with various event scenarios. We care for each student and wish to provide extra attention for everyone of them; therefore, all courses are limited to a small group. And for those who would like to be MCs in the future, we will always try our best to allow practices in real events.
Master of Ceremonies plays such an important factor in each event. A MCs can ruin the event but can also turn it around. To ensure each client find their perfect MCs for their event, we have a range of professional MCs who are fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and some can even speak Japanese, Korean and Burmese in cases of special guests in the events. All of our MCs are well-trained and experienced and are capable of handling different kinds of events and situation.

嚴崇天 Douglas Yim
Douglas is an experienced television program host. He worked in different stations before, such as iCable TV, Pheonix TV,etc. Fluent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Korean, he has hosted more than 1000 events. Also, he has been sharing his experiences and skills.
尤蔭蔭 Xaviera Yau
Xaviera, graduated from UCLA, is currently a television host in TVB. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and has hosted hundreds of events such as press conference, signing ceremonies,etc. Having ten years of teaching experience, Xaviera is passionate in teaching and sharing.
羅沛琪 Pinky Lo
Pinky is a TV host in Now TV and Viu TV and has hosted many well-known programs in Cantonese and Korean. Knowing many languages is one of her strengths in emceeing an event. Her hosting and teaching style is usually more fun and audience-oriented.
